What types of residential cleaning services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of cleaning services including basic cleaning, deep cleaning, move in / move out cleaning, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning.

What payment methods do you offer?

We operate as a cashless business. All payments are made via our fully secure and encrypted website. You are able to tip cleaners in cash if you wish, or via our website.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, we will make it right.

What cities do you currently service?

Equality Clean started on the Island of Oahu cleaning vacation rentals and military housing on Joint Base. We currently service the Island of Oahu and the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and parts of Chicago.

Do you have insurance?

Yes! We carry General Liability for $1 million with Harborway Insurance.

Are the cleaners background checked?

Yes! Our entire staff have been background checked. We do not hire anyone with a criminal history.

Do you handle hazardous cleaning?

No! At this time, we are not licensed or insured to handle hazardous cleaning.
