2. Service Booking
- All appointments must be booked through our website or approved booking channels.
- You must provide accurate information about your home or business. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in a price adjustment or cancellation.
- Booking times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior job duration.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are based on the size, condition, and type of service requested.
- Final pricing may be adjusted after the initial walkthrough or upon arrival if the cleaning conditions differ from the information provided.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept the payment methods listed on our website.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- If our team arrives and cannot gain entry to the property, the appointment may be marked as a same-day cancellation.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning:
- Contact us within 24 hours,
- Provide photo evidence if applicable,
We will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide a safe, accessible working environment.
- Secure all valuables, fragile items, and sensitive documents before the service.
- Notify us of any pets, security systems, or special instructions.
- Ensure running water, electricity, and working HVAC are available during the cleaning.
7. Property Damage & Liability
- Our cleaners take great care when working in your home or business.
- If accidental damage occurs, you must notify us within 24 hours.
- We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, wear, or structural issues
- Items not properly secured (e.g., loose shelves, unstable decor)
- Breakage due to faulty or aging items
- Equality Clean is licensed, bonded, and insured to protect you in case of major incidents.
8. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, including:
- Mold
- Hoarding situations
- Hazardous materials
- Aggressive pets
Additional fees may apply for biohazard cleaning or excessive conditions.
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Attempt to damage or disrupt our website
- Copy or misuse content such as images, text, or branding
All website content is the property of Equality Clean.
10. Privacy Policy
